This reality show transforms the lives of a cross section of the public. The show deconstructs the contestants, and rebuilds them into more powerful human beings.Reality series that follows a group of everyday men and women on a physical and mental journey into the world of amateur boxing, as they try to become the champions of the boxing ring and their lives. Contestants divided into two teams will battle through several weeks of life-changing, intense training and challenges, leading to a final ''Fight Night'' which will determine the winning team. Various experts will help them on their journey - the strength and conditioning expert Chris Miller, former UK and Commonwealth boxing champion and world title contender, Roy Gumbs, who takes on the role of head boxing expert, endurance and mental strength expert, Eva Clarke, and nutritional expert, Vicki Tipper.
