ChocolART (Chocol'ART), Prancūzija, 2017

Discover the secrets of chocolate sculpture and meet the chocolate artists of today. The documentary starts in the Paris Chocolate Museum, dedicated to the history of chocolate, from its origin to the evolution of its production and its consumption. It displays a collection of more than a thousand objects. The most famous monuments of Paris are represented with massive sculptures like the Arc de Triomphe (3 feet tall) or the Eiffel tower (9 feet tall). Jean-Luc Decluzeau is a master of these pieces of art. Patrick Roger is a chocolate artist who has been sculpting chocolate for over 30 years. Jean-Paul Hévin is creating a dress for a chocolate fashion show. Yann Couvreur has been developing a gigantic fox sculpture with artist Richard Orlinski. They all share the same passion for this one-of-a- kind art that requires imagination, discipline and technique.
