This Asian blue-water classic commences on the 27th of March from Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour and takes competitors 565 nautical miles across the unpredictable open waters of the South China Sea to Subic Bay in the Philippines. First organised by the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club in 1962, the 62nd anniversary of this biennial Offshore Category 1 Race will see an international fleet attempt to break the Monohull Race Record of 47 hours.
