Lapo arrives on Giglio Island where he meets a local fisherman who supplies the restaurants with their seafood. On their trip out to sea, Lapo learns about species of the area and how to fish sustainably. He finds his catch when a bunch of America Girls come to dine on board, now its to remember everything he learnt from the Maestros.
