SpongeBob Squarepants' storyline is based on life of different eccentric sea creatures in underwater city of Bikini Bottom. Mostly their life is ordinary unless SpongeBob SquarePants starts the ball rolling once again together with his best friend Patrick Star, naive pink sea starfish. SpongeBob's neighbor is Squidward Tentacles, mean octopus. He does not like SongeBob and Patrick's childish behaviour, as it does not let him live a normal peaceful life. Gary is SpongeBob's pet sea snail. Mr Krabs owns the Krusty Krab restaurant where SpongeBob works as a cook. Wicked one-eyed copepod Plankton is number one rival of SpongeBob and his friends, as he tries to steal the recipe for Krabsburgers and put the Krusty Krab out of business. SpongeBob Squarepants is adored by both kids and adults all over the world for its jokes and irrepressible joy.
