This time the sneaky lemur has a document that "proves" King Julien is not the legitimate king because he wasn't born in Madagascar. A series of challenges to prove who's more kingly ensues, and the penguins try to stack the deck in Julien's favor by each switching brains with him. Simple, right? How could a plan like this possibly fail? Private and the Winky Factory: Private's favorite treat, the Peanut Butter Winky, is going the way of the dinosaur.
