Canadian computer-animated television series Top Wing presents an exciting story of four courageous young birds, Swift, Penny, Brody, and Rod on Big Swirl Island. They are cadets at Top Wing Academy with the best of the best students and have access to the most advanced technology. By operating different vehicles like a submarine, a boat, a jet or a motorcycle, the cadets learn how to work as a team and are the first to rush to the rescue to those in trouble.
