Sofía is a short documentary film about the life of a young surfer girl Sofía De Tomás, Canary Islands' surf champion from La Orotava, Tenerife. Through interviews and cinematic shoots, the film demonstrates her surfing lifestyle and the beginning of her surf career. For her, surfing is a sport that traps you, and once you start it, you can't stop, you want more. It's something she can't live without.
